That is why we have an ethics and compliance program and why we have adopted this <a href=\"https:\/\/uvaalumni.org\/about\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2018\/06\/UVAA-WhistleblowerPolicy-2018.pdf\">Whistleblower Policy<\/a>.\u00a0 The Policy is specifically designed to be part of an effective program to prevent and detect violations of law and conduct.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone believing they are aware of a violation of law or conduct is expected and encouraged to report their concerns.\u00a0 There are many ways to report a concern or incident related to this Policy.\u00a0 You may discuss it with management, the COO, CFO and\/or the CEO, or the Chair of the Board of Managers by calling (434) 243-9001.
