Monthly statements will now be uploaded to the portal (they will no longer be emailed out).<\/p>\n<p>There are currently two systems in place for authorized account contacts to manage your account:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-spaced-2 list-marker-orange\">\n<li><strong>The <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fundportal.uvaalumni.org\/secured\/home\"><strong>UVA Fund Portal<\/strong><\/a>: Allows clients to see their account\u2019s balance, activity (including donor information), and monthly statements. A login email was sent to existing authorized users and will be sent to new authorized users when added. If you never received an invite to the portal, please reach out to us at <a href=\"mailto:uvafund@virginia.edu\">uvafund@virginia.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The <a href=\"https:\/\/uvafund.freshdesk.com\/support\/home\">UVA Fund Helpdesk<\/a><\/strong>: Allows clients to manage their account by submitting tickets for payments, transfers, request purchasing card, etc. You will need to click \u201cSign up with Us\u201d if it is your first time and create a login.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With the launch of the UVA Fund Portal in November 2024, clients can now see their balances online.
