UVA Reunions is the perfect opportunity to bring your friends together, whether it's been five years or thirty-five. From teammates to dormmates to fellow members of your student organization or CIO, the Alumni Association is here to reunite Hoos with shared UVA experiences. Bring it back to Grounds this year with the people who knew you when!
Please complete the form below if you're interested in hosting a reception during Reunions. The deadline to have your reception listed in the Reunions schedule at registration launch (March 2027) is Monday, December 14, 2026. Submissions received after December 14 will be added to the Reunions 2027 schedule in a timely manner but are not guaranteed to be included by the Reunions registration launch. Questions? What the Alumni Association will assist with:
- Selection of date, time, and location for your gathering based on your preferences, ensuring minimal overlap with other events
- If hosting on-Grounds, the Alumni Association will help you secure a rain site if necessary and available
- If hosting in a UVA Garden or Newcomb Hall, some signage, linens, tables, and chairs will be provided.
- Publication of your reception in the online event registration system, opening in March 2027, with submissions submitted by December 14 (publication in the online registration system is suggested but not required)
What event hosts are responsible for:
- Coordinating refreshments (Feast and Foods of All Nations are our top picks for light, local bites!)
- Event space setup/cleanup (change out linens and place all waste in receptacles, if provided)
- Contacting alumni to promote your event and encourage attendance
