Schedule an Appointment
To schedule your advising, assessment, or document review appointment online:
- Log into your ACE Advising account. If you don’t have an account yet, sign up here.
- Once you’re signed into ACE Advising, click “Career Advising & Assessment Request” in the top navigation bar, then follow the on-screen prompts.
Eligibility
Individual advising is available by appointment to UVA alumni who are Contributing Members of the Alumni Association. The 50-minute appointments are offered over phone or Zoom. If an assessment is requested (see information below), it is taken online and followed by an appointment to interpret the results. Additional fees apply for assessment materials.
Career advising appointments may be used for reviews of resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and to discuss your general strategy for a job search or career transition. Learn more about document reviews here.
Fees
There is no charge for appointments for Contributing Members of the Alumni Association. Alumni who wish to take a career assessment are charged a materials fee of $35 per assessment. Each assessment is taken online and followed by an appointment to interpret the results.
